How do I know when pre-order items will ship?
For pre-order items, we have the shipping date indicated in our description section of the item. We ship out pre-orders close to or on the date indicated in the item description.
Orders placed on Friday after 3pm PST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed by our warehouse the following business day.
When will I receive my package?
For products that are not pre-order based, we ask that you give us 1-3 business days to process your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification. Normally, it should take 1-7 business days for USPS to deliver to your shipping address. If your package is not delivered in this timeframe, please allow an additional 1-3 weeks for a delivery time due to delays with COVID-19.
I received a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. But why is my order still in pre-shipment?
Due to the pandemic, shipping times have been unpredictable with USPS and you may see delays in tracking updates or sudden package movements. In some instances, your package may be in pre-shipment for a while - this does not mean that we have not shipped out your package. Oftentimes this means that USPS has not scanned the package into their facility. Please allow an additional 1-3 weeks for a delivery time due to delays with COVID-19.
My package says its delivered but I don't know where it is.
Once your item is sent, it is now in the hands of USPS. Please double-check and see if the address that you inputted on your order is correct. If so, it is possible it was delivered to a neighbor, stolen, or its still in USPS's facilities. Please contact your local post office or speak to your mail person. Many times the package finds its way to the correct address within a week but we cannot issue replacements or returns for items marked as "delivered".
I realized I entered my shipping address incorrectly. Can you send the package again to a new address?
We are not responsible for packages that are sent to shipping addresses that were entered incorrectly. We are able to change your shipping address only if your order has not shipped yet - please contact us at email@example.com so we can fix this mistake.
